Whatever gave you the idea that i live in empire null?

But it seems to me that you dont know how nullsec alliances work either.

The typical nullsec corp grunt hardly ever sees some of that moongoo isk himself, other than in the form of replacement from pvp, there's no paycheck waiting for him every month.

Most of the isk from moongoo goes into; Supercaps, Director wallets, replacement, sov fees.

I've been there, done that, probably not going back to that within the next year or more.

edit: also, less than half of nullsec has tech moons, your argument is invalid.

edit2: **** ponies, they're not fun anymore.

The problem is not the nerf, but how they did that? It's really nonsense and seems that the ones that tested it have really 0 experience

Hey, its CCP we're talking about.

But would you rather have the nerf implemented in some other way, but with the same results?

I havnt done incursions myself, but it seems that they paid almost as much as killing sleepers in w-space, which is silly because killing sleepers requires loads of preparation, plus you have the risk of your scouts ******* up and having 30 t3's drop on your 10b isk fleet.

People are reporting 37m/hour for doing incursions in highsec now, in my opinion that is a fine value, for doing something that is happening in safe space where you dont have to check local or scan every 10 seconds to make sure that you arent missing anything.

Now they just need to bring missions in line with these payouts as well and i'll be a happy player.

Myths and rumors, isk/hr once your in a GOOD fleet is high, but people spend ALOT of time looking for a fleet. People dont factor in breaks or fleet form up. People spend ALOT of time creating groups they trust so that they can form quickly.

If you include fleet form up time the SUPER SHINY FLEETS made about 100mil/hr
People will look for fleets for HOURS... and then they dont include that in their isk/hr

most of the numbers people put out are overestimated bragging ~~ hubris if you will :3

also that 37mil/hr is the super shiny fleets running vanguards before they get bogged down with OTAs

assults in a good fleet can do about 60mil/hr and we lost a nightmare and a basi in our last site (i wasnt FC) then we hit an NCN wall and had to stop

I have no idea what NCN's and OTA's are, please do explain.

Do they have neuts and/or webs?

no, they have just double the ships of the site of the same level. Nmc and ota are both vanguards. But while nmc can be cleared in 6 minutes without any kind of effort for the logistics, ota take much longer and are really heavier on dps. Ncn takes dobule of the time to complete then any other assault. This is not balance

OTA's have neuts + webs + scrams + jamms . Up to 5 jamms simultaniously on field with 4 active neuts .and scrams .

I think Assaults were fine as they were, since they weren't getting overrun with blitz fleets. I'd actually been under the assumption they were going to get buffed.

and yeah OTAs are just stupid

Yeah, no kidding. We've tried running them with stacked boosters (mindlinked Damnation and a mindlinked Claymore) and they're still uncomfortable and slow.

they TOLD us they would be buffed but if you scroll down ive posted what the old spawns used to be and what some of the new spawns look like

some of them are twice as big :/

Yeah, I noticed that as well. I would have thought there would be added incentive for keeping a fleet of 20 together.

ITT People smug about nerfs while demonstrating either no knowledge of how Incursions work and worked, or were people I remember spamlinking shitfits and not getting fleets before and wept bitter bitter tears.

Affinity (who did the whole blogpost on the incursion iteration changes) was made aware before this expansion even went live of the potential issues the changes would cause, she's still monitoring and gathering feedback.

Hopefully we'll get a second iteration soon, because right now everyone's flocking back to missions, so much for a shared social experience :\

When your gut instincts tell you something is wrong, trust them. When your heart tells you something is right, ignore it, check with your brain first. Accept nothing, challenge everything.
