So this is the official answer from CCP regarding the cards:

"The cards are shipped by NVIDIA and as far as I know they ship worldwide, but we are still waiting to hear from them about the shipping details and we will get back to you when we know more. Thank you for your patience. "

Maybe in 5-6months they will probably find the time to deliver these. Roll

Very disappointed with the service provided. No mails have been provided at all on the situation. Being left in limbo after we have paid is very unprofessional.

If you order a card from any site you get details on delivery times, and a tracking number to check where your package is every step of the way.

You order from CCP you get a " Sorry we have no clue whats happening "
This is pathetic from start to finish

This does feel like they had the idea and ran with it rather than figuring out all the details first. It's old-school CCP, we're the beta-testers for this product.

I think CCP misunderstood the way we (the customers for this card) would see this. CCP saw this as a special offer and a test of a concept, something to be worked through and refined. We, because we sunk 9-10 billion isk into it, see it as a regular shopping transaction and, because we're used to a certain level of service while internet shopping, the lack of information is conspicuous.
Then again, out of a hundred people who ordered a card, there are not that many posters waving pitchforks and torches in this thread Smile

Just adding a little more feedback. It's the way things get better.

Kudos to CCP for trying something different. It's part of what attracted me to Eve in the first place and still helps keep me around. The fact that they do things a little differently.

Seriously though, most deals like this (no credit card charge backs ) normaly take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Be patient mates, CCP isn't Amazon.com with FedEx loading docks at the ready. P

CCP is doing a great thing for you all, instead of hate mail send them a "Thank You!".

It's not the fact that they aren't moving fast enough that bugs me. It's the lack of communication. It's expected there might be delays due to this being a fist ... but then again they could more open about this.

I realize that the ones that bought are not a representative segment of eve : as in we are to few to really matter , but the again we are customers and we deserve feedback. I'm not saying that we deserve the cards i'm just saying that if they MADE this offer they should honor it and treat it serious.


tl;dr communication is the key ... leave a reply on this thread state the current progression keep us posted it's not really that hard.

Sorry to bring bad news but CCP & Nvidia make easy money and we get shafted. Only people that will benefit is farmers and the rest of us are forced to farm more isk to pay subs.





After reviewing the video again if you look closely its the 1024mb model or $160.... your paying over twice the value of the card in plex... so CCP is going to double its money on this sale by removing plex from the game and its obligations on money already paid for.

Another day without any news whatsoever from ccp about this (12 and a half days to be precise).. so... another bump from me to let ccp know we havn't forgotten about this and we still want to know when this is going to be shipped, and also what valuation is going to be put on the box for customs purposes...

And you pay $15/mo to play a game that costs CCP $1/mo/subscriber to run and another $5/mo/subscriber to develop.

What's your point?
