Orca - can no longer open Corp Hanger in space - menu option missing ?

So I'm doing some mining - as of yesterday, fleet members and the Orca pilot could right click on the Orca and select "Open Corporate Hanger'.

Menu item seems to be missing ?

Anyone know how to open it ?

Edit - Yes, the Orca pilot has ticked the "Allow fleet member access" and there also seems to be an "Allow corp member access" both ticked
