Does the client perform better or faster?

Is anyone else getting better frame rates and faster responses from the client?

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

Get off it already.

I haven't been able to log in yet today but from what I have read so far there have been marked improvements.

I had noticed the sisi build was running faster, so I ran FPS tests on crucible the day before the patch, and Inferno. I got about a 50% FPS increase.

My item hangar in Jita is loading significantly more responsively.

Need stuff moved? Push Industries will handle it. Serving highsec, lowsec and nullsec - and we do it faster and more reliably than anyone else. Ingame channel: PUSHX

Well I would say that CCP reinforced the Jita node in preperation for the "Pay attention to me" Goon fap fest. However, Jita is already on a reinforced node so not really sure.
I know there was a small blurb about files and caching in the patch notes. I'm guessing that is the performance gain most people are talking about.

New file format for objects now result in faster loading and more efficient caching.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild the EVE client. We have the technology. We have the capability to build the world's first non-laggy server. Tranquility will be that server. Better than it was before. Better, stronger, faster.

It has always run faster for me after a patch/expansion, and gradually gets slower until the next one.

Post with your monkey.

Yes.. It is allot fast and nicer now. Less overhead also.. Might be able to run even more computers on one computer.

A lot faster now. Also looking at windows task manager, before 3 clients used 600mb memory each, now it's 500/300/300 (running from same folder). Not a tech guy, but it seems good to me!

Loading of station items initially, same slow lag response. Close out and re-open and it shows no lag. Much improved in my opinion.

I want to hug CCP - but opening new threads that say 'CCP' and something nice is a recipe for disaster, and a bit of a laugh sometimes too.

Everything in Eve right now is running - compared to prepatch - like freaking lightening. I dont have a slow machine either.
Logins are real quick, jumps, planet inspections, hanger loading - **** the list goes on. All markedly, and to me massively, improved.

BIG HUG.

/letch Especially for the cute redhead..... but thats nowt to do with speed.
