During the Incarna uprising people were getting booted out of Jita way before the local got that high. Only a few thousand and people were already put on a waiting list to get in.

With about 2000 goes up to 10% in some fights I've been in null, Jita I don't know what it will look like and personally don't care really the moment I can target the good wrecks and explode them.

For some reason this thread reminded me of the Eve Space Capsule. The one with all our names in it that was supposed to be launched into the upper stratosphere on a weather balloon. It was to be filmed and then presented for our viewing pleasure.

TiDi is only for unplanned large scale battles.
This is planned and as such CCP should devote extra resources to the system.
