I've been messing around with TriExporter and Poser. I've seen some great images produced by people using Blender and 3DS Max, but wondered if it were possible using the home hobby software I'm most familiar with.

So I've been looking at some of the advice for working with GIMP and Blender, adapting it as I can for PaintShop Pro and Poser.

The result is very much a work in progress - the first render that's worth showing . I really haven't done anything flash with the materials, there's no background.

But it has toaught me that the process works. It needs refining, but it works.

It opens up the possibility of something I've been toying with for years: a Poser-based fan webcomic. In all honesty, I have no idea if I'll ever have the time to do this, but I like knowing I can if I want to. :D
