When looking at 0.0 outpost/stations, how does one tell what upgrade it has, how much they cost usually etc etc etc. I can't seem to find a website that isn't blocked at work to find this info and I am a hard working state employee (aka doing nothing) and need something to do some research :P

In the overview they are listed and you can pop shoot different ones. - Outposts

I'm looking for the upgrades to the station itself not necessarily what services it has now. Example being what refinery upgrades does a station have or what office or research upgrades has the outpost been put through for nullset outposts.
