As per my post above (on alt), I have received the isk, thank you.

When I try and transfer teh charactor I am getting the error message 'Target user not found or not active'.

I have attempted to contact Horst Hauler in game but he is no longer showing as active.

I will be more than happy to issue a refund if it comes to it and in the mean time will try and find out what this means. (Will log a petition if necessary).

This was user error on my part, the char has now been transfered successfuly.
