This apparaiser is outdated and is known by everyone to be complete bullshit as it fails to take into account many factors for evaluating a character.

Bump, all subs finished at 4.

Now finishing log range targeting at 5 for logis. After that the character will be able to fly everything in subcap size.

The more you wait, the more expensive it becomes.

Even at a premium of 350 isk per sp, your char values 9-10 bil mate, which is a stretch. 12 bil starting bid is a bit much. Which is why you getting hazed by several people.
