Hey all! Now that we have over a dozen people who have confirmed that they will be attending, I want to post the "offical" information thread.

Wisconsin May Meetup

Saturday, May 12th at 3:00 PM till ???

The ownership of Lee's is being very generous in opening the bar from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM exclusively for us (closed to the public until 6:00 PM) at no charge. Donations are appreciated for the poor soul who has to bartend for a couple dozen nerds that Saturday afternoon. After 6:00, we can of course stay, but we have to be respectful of other patrons in terms of laptops and cords and such. Also, this is a BAR - so /please/ do not bring your own Mountain Dew Code Red or anything stupid like that Ugh

Several people have expressed interest in meeting before 3:00 for lunch. So far, I only have 2 confirmed for that, but please RSVP if you are interested in meeting early for lunch. Lee's will let us order in if need be as well As far as after-hours go, we can discuss if we want to do a group outing or something. Several Hotels are very close, only about a 10 minute drive south, by the airport.

If anyone has any questions or suggestions, please post them here and I will try to get them answered ASAP I look forward to meeting everyone!
