Coming Back: Invention and T2 Manufacturing?

Coming back to EVE after being inactive since last November; my question is: Are there any significant changes to invention or T2 module manufacturing I should know about? I've already read about the upcoming changes removing meta 0 loot drops and ore from rogue drones; I'm just curious if there's anything that's happened in the last 5-6 months I should know about in regards to invention/T2 production.

Disclaimer:
No, I'm not asking 'Whats the best stuff to invent?" I know no one will actually tell me this and I am capable of doing my own market research. I'd just prefer to get a bit of a rundown on the current state of things before I bother re-subbing my industry alts and go through the hassle of fixing my alt corp's standings and re-anchoring a pos. Thanks.

No significant structural changes to report really.

One issue what you might have noticed is that the whole market is in turmoil which makes T2 inventing/manuf. a bit more risky as prices change a lot.

I can't say about the previous 5-6 months as I'm sure there are people who can tell you more than me (Only been getting into invention the last 1 - 2 months).

The big chances that will be happening are:

The meta0 change you all ready know about.
Drone drops you all ready know about.

Datacores and R&D agents will be changing (pretty big deal). Sometime during the Inferno release (No confirmed date that I'm aware of) there have been comments made by CCP Soundwave that R&D agents will give out less research points per day, and will possibly include an isk cost.

Faction warfare LP stores will have datacores available to buy with LP. These faction war LP stores will have faction specific datacores (So you will only have access to 1/4 of datacores). There was also talk that based on which factions are willing/losing the costs of datacores in the stores will raise/lower (if your faction is doing bad, datacore costs will go up).

Link to the interview (2 parts, both video links are in the first post).

So, if you are coming back after a 6 month break it would be best to visit all your R&D agents and get your datacores now (instead of later) and hold onto them until the market goes crazy.

One change. And it's a major one.

The screen remembers the range you set, for facilities.

Woo! CSM XI!
