Hi, excuse me my question... On the Character Bazar for example I always see the "XXX mil sp + XXX mil sp unallocated", what does this mean? means there is some kind of bonus SP?

Would like some straight answers on this, plus, I don't want answers like " oh here comes this kind of convo again", I've been playing since 2009 (not actively), only started seriously about 3 or 4 weeks ago... Yes, it would be unfair to buy SP's, yes yes yes, I think people are just afraid of competition... anyway, a good reply would be good to understand..

I've tried looking for the answer everywhere

Thanks

At one point in time we had "Learning" skills that speed up training. They seem to have taken them out and given those of us that trained those skills the SP back to spend however we wish.

I could be wrong.

A little google pop this in the top five results...
Now, when you have unallocated skillpoints, do not invest them in the skills you have buffed through remaps and implants, use them for the slowest skills, that way you'll save more training time.
Also, make sure your med clone can handle all those skillpoints, you shouldn't be able to get a clone with less SP pool than you have SP AFAIK, but just make sure the character you buy has a correct clone before you go out.

This.

Last Spring all the Learning skills were removed and the SP that was in them was given back to players as "unallocated" skill points, to be invested in whatever the player wished. For chars that were going to be sold, the best thing to do is to leave the unallocated SP as-is so that the customer can customize the char even more. That's what that's all about.

I think it was 10 learning skills and later 8 social skills that have been refunded so far. The social skills also had a skillbook refund.

I've not used all my refunded points yet. I'm keeping them around to use on subsystem skills should I lose a T3 ship (last time lost Propulsion 4, but have since trained them all to 5).

What others have said.

Though, specifically, I'd suggest shoving them into Charisma skills. If you have enough to grab Leadership V specifically, that's a good one to have at V but kind of a waste of time to actually train up. Or perhaps top off Anchoring so you can work station defenses.

Basically, the annoying, slow-training prereqs for secondary activities are a good place to shove those. Though just holding onto the points and using them to replace t3-related susbsystem losses is actually kind of a cool plan I wouldn't have thought of (since I'm not really a fan of t3).
