Hi to all guys, i'm relatively new on linux (yes, forever a real NOOB), i've installed EVE client using Wine but when i try to start it (pressing PLAY on launcher) an advicement appears saying that EVE online can't be started because ExeFile.exe cannot be found on C:\\programs file\CCP\EVE\bin.

I saw that this file is present in .wine/C: - Program Files - CCP - EVE - bin

Someone can help me?

Thanks

okay, assuming you have tried all the native, builtin crap that EVERYONE just LOVES -.-
Did you try just running ExeFile itself from the terminal? If that doesnt work, launch repair, or just delete the whole wine prefix (usually rm -r /home/(whatever your username is)/.wine and start over.

also, make sure to refrence threads like https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=85504&find=unread and https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=80447&find=unread, they talk a lot about this.

also, to be honest, it works BEST in a 32bit system. doesnt mean you cant get it working in 64bit, as i have done it myself, but since eve is 32 bit itself, sometimes it just plays nicer with 32bit OSes.
