Here's how it works. You make a video, if its good we'll throw isk your way to help cover ships lost and to motivate you to make more!

we'll set some ground rules to start us of though.

videos should be 10 minutes + (exceptions for really good stuff)
Can be solo, small gang, gigantic blobs or whatever else you can think of (gigantic blobbage isnt gonna get you much isk from this program)

As of right now im the only sponsor, but if your willing to donate any amount of isk to the people making the videos then please get in contact with myself and we can start helping to finance some of what these guys lose to bring us good videos

If you have a video you want to run by me please make it available to watch on youtube and evemail me a link and any other information you want.

at the start, dont expect any more than somewhere around 300-500 mil for high quality stuff, hopefully if we can muster up some more sponsors then we can increase that number.

Definitely an intriguing idea. Lets see how broke we all are after Inferno.

If my iskies hold, I would have no issue throwing into the fund to increase the art form, which it is just that. Very few make truly high quality fraps for PvP.

Things I would like to see in the videos:

1. Brief tactical discussion and debriefing explanation, ie. how was the fight drawn, etc.
2. Multiple perspectives of the same fight - editted seamlessly to make a compelling video.
3. Kick ass (epic) music accompanyment.

Cool idea.

The problems are either you spend all your time pvping to make good videos.... Or you take half that time (or more) and dedicate it to making isk.


The latter makes the process of making a video x2 longer, and the process is long enough already.

good concept dude, +1 supporter. Anything that can help the pvp community has my vote.

@ Hoarr. No i wont be setting up a corp for people to give me isk to distribute, if other people want to get involved they can mail me and i will forward them any videos that are sent to me, that way they can give an ammount they feel like.

At no point in this whole thing is any isk coming into my pocket, I want to keep this as "scam free" as possible. Hopefully in the future i will just be a medium between the video makers and the rich guys that want to help them out.

Ever since my I put my first Vid out, i have tried to do another one because way more people liked it than I tought.
But after over 8 months (something like that) i havent got a single good fight and have been losing ships only >_<
Now with the market beeing all derpish atm and things liek recent Slave and Dread loss (lol Titan kill amamke) I more or less quit EVE and havent even tried to pvp at all :/

I think alot of people have no clue how hard and ISK consumign it is to make a good video and like you say it would be more or less a dream for anyone who does vids to get atleast a little support.
