New wardec system for inferno

I am rather concerned by the rumors that the wardec system will be arranged so large corps can wardec small corporations and not visa verse. I have been combing the forums looking for an answer but none seem to pop out at me. Does anyone know if this is true and if this is true wouldn't it also be fair to say that the game is moving away from small corporations and toward conglomeration?

From what I have seen and heard, the factor will be financial. Big ( richer) corps will be easily able to afford to wardec smaller ones as the membership number if the corp being dec'd has a direct impact of the price of the wardec.

Smaller corps will need to dig deep into their corp wallet to fund wardecs on larger corps / alliances.

It's not all bad news though. Except for the pricing, the new changes will favour those dec'd rather than the aggressor.

Once locked into a war, the agressor will have to be there for the long haul. The defending corp can bring in as many "friends" as it can and stick it to the agressor for as long as they require.

If you are in a small corp, start making friends with PvPers as a matter of urgency. Blink

On the flip side, Defenders will be able to hire many Mercenaries. May be alright/
