Is there some sort of website, tool, or perhaps even an in-game tab or something that shows the highest bounties collected over, say...a week or so in the EVE universe? Similar to Evsco and it's "Most Expensive Losses" killboard?

Bounties are broken, but it doesn't mean people that have bounties never die. I would love to see some sort of list or killboard that tracks this info. Might even give CCP a bit more incentive to fix bounties and perhaps a few players more incentive to become bounty hunters.

Bounty payments are not included on killmail information, so there is no way to obtain the data needed.

The bounty system in eve is completely non-functional at the moment.

I would ask CCP to fix, pl0x, but I assume it would be a waste of breath (or rather, typing vitality).

They could at least include the bounty on pod lossmails. No fix for the system, but would help with the OPs question.

I dont think there is but this is something i could include on a site that i should have finished within the next day or so.
