Is ccp removing all Alloy right off the server? or are they just stop the dropping of the alloy in drone region .
I ask this too know if i should refine the alloy before the 24th instead of losing them

I wonder if at some stage drone compounds will become collector's items worth more than their mineral value.

As CCP Affinity stated already: Nothing will happen to the drone alloys in your hangars.
