I stumbled a few weeks ago on a nice Cosmos Guide written in Dutch and can't seem to find it again no matter how much I tried.

It had detailed guides for each agents missions including walktroughs and or / needed items to deliver and rewards in items, isk and standings increase.

If you know what guide I'm talking about please link here.

Don't know about a Dutch guide but there is a German guide covering all Factions. It's not complete but it does cover a lot of the agents.

Briefly glanced at the others and I think the "dutch" one is the best. Not a german speaker myself but an online translator takes care of that pronto.

The info is pretty much complete - assuming you buy the needed items from market and contracts and don't need a guide to find them.
