Probably as Covetors don't have any tank.

Harbinger is overkill. Fit a coercer for max gank and do the deed. Failing that... get a friend to assist.

3 or 4 destroyers will take out even a well tanked hulk.
Also harby probably isn't the best idea for suicide ganking.

Something like an Oracle would work better.
Harbinger has some tank, which is useless against CONCORD.
Oracle is 8 large guns, with an engine strapped to it.
It should be able to take out any mining ship in the game, short of an old school mining BS or the veldnaught.

There is a fine line between a post and a signature.

It's all about the alpha and covetors tank; depending on sec status you might need more alpha or just more dps as in lower sec status you get more time for guns to cycle before concorde shows up from the gate which is quite fast.

Thank you very much for replies. However, since i reported the player he has since been absent from his operations.

I thought that it would take ages for Eve to investigate.

PS - My main is a 4 year max combat skilled player. The Harb i had fit for the deed did 800DPS Pulse. Never suicide ganked anybody but this one really 'got my goat' (who made that phrase up??).

A T2 pulse laser fitted Coercer with nothing but damage mods in its lowslots and shooting conflagration will utterly annihilate any T1 barge in any sec status system.
