how long does it take to be able to give out buddy invites and receive plex rewards?

say i got my account paid yesterday, how long before ican send buddy invites and receive plex rewards

I believe the power of 2 program ends 4/1/2012

Once you have a paid account, there is not time limit (as far as I know) as to when you can send out a buddy invite. You get your reward when your buddy turns their trial account into a PAID account.

The time for a new account to be able to send buddy invites with PLEX rewards isn't precisely defined and left to CCP's discretion, as mentionned in the Terms & Conditions:

Out of my own experience, it took more than 21 days, but less than a month on somewhat active account that subbed 3 days after the trial begun, to choose a PLEX reward, but game time extension was available right after I subbed.
Roughly, after a whole month, both accounts were able to offer buddy invites with PLEX rewards.

I don't want to start a new topic, maybe I can ask here. Is it allowed to use 21 days trial invite to create my alt account?

But to your question: Yes it is allowed as long as you are not creating a lot of throwaway accounts.

Say, if you create new account every month with buddy invites and then throw it away when all characters have negative sec status (for example), then that might be considered exploit.
