20 months... people with far more time in a single corp have had very bad experience with their CEOs Twisted

I think you nailed that one on the head. If you're asking a question and have done enough research in advance, then just ignore the 'nay sayers' and go from there. Not everyone is trying to troll or has something 'useless' to say.
