[WTA] 9.5m sp pure core skills PvP focus pilot

Like the topic says this pilot is only trained in fitting and support skills. Several extra skills are injected as well. Currently finishing off the core competency elite cert (only evasive maneuvering, weapon upgrades, and advanced weapon upgrades left) And he has the AWU book in his hanger. he has excellent shield and armor skills as well.
