Salvage prices going drastically up

in the past month the prices for Alloyed Trit Bars have going up about 100k each in Jita, and most of the other salvage items have seen a smaller but similar rise. I can think of very little causing this to rise so much, but at the same time rigs haven't gone up in price to compensate, anyone have any insight why? Nowhere near an expert myself but I've checked everything I know to and nothing about this makes sense.
