Regarding the buddy program and 'throw away alts'

I want to create an account dedicated to piracy (as i cant train on more than 1 char) and was wondering:
Am i allowed to use the buddy program on myself? If so, am I allowed to make piracy alts with it?
It will not be throw away and i will hopefully upgrade it.
If i am allowed to make a piracy alt, can i send isk and items earned to my original char?

Yes just dont use it to make disposable alt's to avoid bad sec.

It's all good. The only thing frowned upon by CCP is attempting to use disposable alts to bypass game mechanics. More precisely things like creating a suicide gank alt and then biomassing the alt after his security status is too low and then making a new alt which then repeats the same cycle again and again.
