Just logged in and did a local scan with the on-board scanner.

All the columbs are in English except the 'Type' columb which is in Chinese (I think).

Could anyone else check this please, and is it a know bug, before I report it, thanks.

Edit: The main scanner using probes also has this bug. Very confusing when the name is in Chinese Shocked

We know about this one, but thanks for the feedback! It's been fixed and the fix will be included in the next update.

I bugreported this a couple days ago (number: 133092, status: attached to a defect) then later found out that it also occurs when unpackaging a new ship as well.

Bought an Obelisk on Sisi, unpackaged it and it was called "Palovana's " followed by Asian characters, I'm assuming it was a translation of "Obelisk" instead of it being called "Palovana's Obelisk".

I'm guessing it's the same issue, possibly one function to get the string, just manifesting itself in multiple places in game?
