EoM would be hard to flesh out, they mostly just resemble caldari gunboats, they mainly use hybrids and shield tank, but use amarr hulls. EoM also has zero soverignty and no agents or LP unlike the main 5 pirate factions

Mordus are just standard caldari minus the ECM. Unlike EoM Mordus does have some soverignty, but doesn't spawn belt rats or complexes (the rats in Mordus space are gurista) so no chance for BPC drops so such a ship would have to be from LP only (and seriously who in their right mind would mission run out of ROIR anyway).

To make more pirate faction BS you would need to have complexes/escalations for the faction in order to drop the BPCs, LP only BPCs would strangle their supply beyond belief, as there aren't a lot of folks willing to mission run in nullsec
