is there a market hub in Derelik/Ammatar space?

as topic says, I am wondering if there is a central hub of activity in Derelik region. I'd like to know if anyone has experience living in said space. Also how active is the hub (if there is one [ ex. how many in local at peak hours]).

None to speak of. It's the Amarr version of Solitude in many repsects and there are even high sec Islands inside low sec. There really isn't a huge population out there. Mostly based on Science and Industry slots available.

Isn't asking experienced players on the forum a form of research? Im utilizing the tools given to me.

Yuzier, Jarriza, Berta, Thiarer, Gamis too sometimes. If you're not scared of low sec, Assah and Sendya move things pretty well too.

I'm living the Derelik region atm and Rens is not too far away... 6 jumps from where I reside.

I'll give you an actually useful tip: follow the courier contracts in Jita. Where there's smoke, many times there's fire.

That's definitely a contributing factor when discussing the market in Derelik. Rens is about 1 or 2 jumps from the edge of an already low population region and so as long as a player isn't a massive role-player, they will just make the few extra jumps and stock up. I think of Derelik as the region cap pilots jump through on their way to other places. It's also great for faction standings for a hisec tower if you run Amarr missions. It's like the Khanid Kingdom, but close to Minmatar Space.

I know. There's a lvl4 mission agent in gamis. Do you know how populated it is?

I usually take a look at dotlan: NPC ships killed the last 24 hours and then what lvl 4 security agents are available in that constellation to check what station might have a martket.

I have not lived in Derelik for quite some time, so at this time, no I have no idea. Back a couple of years ago, 10-30 people was not uncommon. It has a lvl 4 agent, is a .5 system and has an ice belt. It is also one jump from Hoth and 2 from Isr something, both of which are stop overs for caps. Berta is the main competition for Gamis so don't compete with your self in that regard.
