Can anyone vouch for this rental service? Although it appears to be legit, I need some input from current or recent renters, that all is okay.

My eve sense is tingling, a la Spiderman, and I need to put it to rest before I go to a lot of trouble and expense and end up scammed.

No personal insult is meant to my potential rental hosts, but the manner of induction seems a bit questionable. If I am wrong about the reputation of these guys, I will post an apology here and make a general recommendation to future renters.

If I am right, that there is something afoot, then I will have managed to save my tiny pile of isk, and perhaps helped others avoid the dark side of eve.
