I and my mates are moving out of our hole, j152825. Here are the features:

- C2 with C2/Low static for easy sleeper farming and a fun known-space door to leave open as a lure for explorers.
- Planetary Interaction that covers all possible tower fuels, plus several pure money making options.
- 5 of the 6 planets have POCOs installed. We'll transfer ownership to the buyers upon completion of the sale.
- A Rorqual. This is obviously a huge benefit both for the industrial applications (140:1 ore compression makes hauling your profits out a total breeze) and system/tower defense.

I'm not going to list asking prices, except to say that we simply want to recoup the basic value of the system and the market value of the stuff we're leaving in there system for you to use -- believe me, we're saving you a ton of effort.

The system is currently defended, to protect the sale and your investment -- we'll give you time to get in, set up your new home, and get the Rorq tucked away, then pull our stuff out inside 12 hours. (Obviously, a mutual non-aggression agreement during this transition would be helpful and appreciated.)

There's no lava (chiral structures), which means no robotics FYI. Decent hole though. Static low-sec and static C2. not bad.
