Simple everybody loves space mines, but we all know they can not come back because null sec would be impossible.

What about tracking mines? Unseen on the overview only Black ops can place them around system and they can automatically warp toward cyno beacons and latch onto capital ships and Jump freighters.

This feature can help alliances use the Black ops ship to keep track of enemy cap fleet movement. (Actually giving them a use ingame.) Besides the only way to tell were a cap fleet is going in game nowadays is to infiltrate that corp and have a spy logged on when they strike.

Flame away cap fleet FCes.

Too OP as presented because there's no way to prevent them from being able to attach to your capital ships. How do you remove them once they're on there or are you able to track my carrier from then on until it dies?

What happens if two different pilots spread them around - do they both get the updates on movement?

Sorry, can't support it in this form.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

Every cap ship should carry a permanent beacon, for everyone in system to warp to no matter where they are.Cool

No they should be able to warp to the beacon, the beacon just says which system they are in, and which system they just jumped out of.

Well then beacons can be detected by POS scanning arrays and then automatically remove them. Making this feature handy in tracking enemy capitals in neutral and friendly territory.
