is there a way to set up an order so my corp can buy ore from corp members if so how

whoever wants to sell the ore to other corp members can set up a sell contract with availability set to corp.

That way any corp member or the corp it self can accept the contract but nobody outside the corp can.

Other corp members or corp directors can set up buy contracts the same way that only corp members can sell to.

Using the contract system is the only way I know of to do what you are asking.
