EVE is apparently not complicated enough.

So there is this super complicated space game, where everything out of control of the average player is INSANELY complicated already, so we'd assume what we DO have control of would be made a simple as possible... or not.

The E-UNI discipline policy is simple: 15 demerits get you a signed paper, 25 signed papers gets you a appraisal, 35 appraisals gets you a letter, 15 letters gets you a note, and 50 notes gets you a warning. Shocked

Oh really?

So I was like screw corporations, and I decided to look into PVE, I found COSMOS sites...

COSMOS sites are simple, you need 25 Alloyed Tubings, 9 Skylarks, and four Wedstels per Cosmodrone, every 15 Cosmodrones you combine 4 Plasma Couplings and a Crystal Tag with eight pairs of golden alloys, then you turn it in to get a isolated coupling...

So I've decided to ... train some skills and cry about it on the forums as I fly back to my level four mission area.

Is that seriously a thing inside Eve Uni? Man, the more I hear about it, the more I dislike it.

And yeah, there's complicated **** everywhere. PvP can be pretty simple if you're a line member of a blob. Fly what you're told to fly and shoot what the FC tells you to shoot. Sanctums are simple, as are Incursions.

Sounds rather hard to get kicked out of E-Uni.

So, you need to do 9,843,750 things wrong in E-Uni before getting a warning?

Some COSMOS missions are a pain but I liked them.
But I agree with you that some mathematics enigma should be added as well as some tests of the otters anatomy.

Can't see how 5 of this and 9 of that is different to any other MMO. Besides thought COSMOS was meant to be a challenge.

Apparently, simple arithmetic is hard.

And we don't have demerits and silly things like that. You people are so funny sometimes.

You mean fractal growth?

I liked my policy better, three strikes, you're out, unless it was worse offence. The cosmos stuff, I don't mind production for things, depending on how it goes.

The ratting itself is PvE. Getting away with it is PvP.

The game requires effort and foresight, and reading mission briefs, maybe you should stop thinking that you should get your rewards so easily. If you don't enjoy playing something that takes some thought, find something new or just stop playing.

EVE thankfully isn't like other MMOs.

9,843,750 demerits to you for questioning such a fine upstanding institution, you have been warned sir!

Talk about up your own arse.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

Eve isn't that Complicated!

You asked me once, what was in Room 101. I told you that you knew the answer already. Everyone knows it. The thing that is in Room 101 is the worst thing in the world.

I believe that's in line with CCP's track record on behavior-related bannings.

It's seriously hilariously funny when people defend the mission-based PvE in this game.

Just...stop. It's bad, everyone knows its bad. There is nothing complex about a **** UI and boring missions.

Some other elements of PvE are fun but for the most part...it's ****. That's not necessarily a terrible thing, but *stop* defending it.

@OP: I lol'd.
