Just be aware that if you attempt to pre spawn CONCORD, you will no longer be able to warp any ship except your pod. As soon as you board another ship, a CONCORD tackle frigate will arrive, then the regular CONCORD spawn will arrive.

What I don't know without researching is whether shooting at someone who is GCC and then gets popped by CONCORD will grant them kill rights against you. I'm sure they'll get the 15 minute aggression timer in which they can shoot back at me without CONCORD interference, but that will coincide with the 10 minute GCC which prevents them doing anything in a ship in space.

So the enterprising miner might head out in their own catalyst to get on some killmails. I'm sure those gank fit catalysts have a tank thinner than the Hulk's they're shooting at.

If you replace the word gank with the word w ank throughout, this thread becomes quite readable.
