I'm wondering about looking for someone to just manage my orders, not become a full trading partner like with my other post.

How do you incentivize +1/-1ing of orders so that you get good sales and good prices, and they get a good return on their time and don't carry any risk?

How would you set up an order manager arrangement?

I'm doing something similar with someone. I haul and place sell orders and update them at least once every 2 days, typically twice per day. I get paid a flat rate. Since I already take the trip, his cargo keeps me from having to haul empty some times.

I have to be careful about the 0.01 game. Some times the prices dip below average and it's better to wait it out. Since I have no idea what the cost of the item is, I have to watch the market history.

Hmm, I guess I need a) someone I can trust and b) someone who's interested in scoring me the most money and knows how. That could be difficult if I don't already know someone who sits around in Jita...
