I am not talking about them being primaried. I am talking about hwo we are seeing full scale t3 BC doctrine gangs get face raped time and time again. This has nothing to do with "because they're always primary." The fleets consist of nothing but t3 bc's logis and dics.

Pull up the info on bc side by side. I did that for hurrican, cyclone and tornado. Do you know what I discovered?

Tornado has about half of hull, shield and armor hp when compared to hurricane and cyclone. Sometimes it is even less than half. Here, see for yourself:

You have 3 tier 3 BC kills on your alliance's killboard.

Obviously you have a vast pool of experience to pull from.

But they have been faceraped by Tornado fleets. Isn't that almost the same as "I am talking about hwo we are seeing full scale t3 BC doctrine gangs get face raped time and time again."

I mean it's easy to get confused, right? TEST and all that...

Who said there was mid size pvp fleets?
It's either a blob or gang.

OP's alliance is losing Tier 3 ships because they have a reputation of being meat shields Roll

Close-range tier 3 BC gangs are for people who don't know what a battleship is.

Since you said "gangs"... either that or people mad enough to pay 70 mill (instead of 1.2 bill) for 1400 gun dps from one ship! Oh wait...

T3 BC's don't work well as a standard ship in huge fleets like the cfc runs, so you're right there.

But otherwise they have great mobility and damage projection and work great in smaller fleets (<50), or in small gangs of ten or less. The new battlecruisers have actually been a huge benefit to smaller corps and alliances, mainly because it's now much easier to kill stuff quickly and escape or burn off before a blob arrives.

ITT: people trying to fly something with the speed and EHP of a cruiser like a battleship, then being surprised when it doesn't do as good a job as a battleship at being a battleship.

It was a cool bombing run but does that say much about the t3 battlecruisers or the people in them?

TEST does not have a T3 BC doctrine. All trolls aside the t3 BC is lacking in LR fleets and die more times than not. Maybe it is the FC's that we have gone up against that cause them to die. Who knows. Their lack in mobility and buffer always gets them in trouble more times than not.

I remember a CFC fleet getting a warpin at 0 on a LR Tier3 fleet I was in. Bubbles and overheated MWDs ensued. I further recall being pointed by a Arazu while warping safes subsequently. Burned 40+ KM and got away from said Arazu + 8-10 pubbies who answered his call.

Tell me again about Tier 3 lack of mobility and frequently exploding?

So you are justifying your case based on a single engagement which is stupid and implying that you flew in a IM fleet. We all know IM does not do any fleets so I find this very hard to believe....

I recall your Tier 3 gang coming to my home system, killing 2 mission pulling alts in noobships and losing 3 or 4 dudes trying to escape. I actually managed to catch more than that, but my probebomber has pretty horrible cap and got out run by the Tornadoes.
