Captain's Quarters TV - hidden message

While looking at the screen i noticed in the corner of it these characters in order:
59 4F 55 20
48 41 56 45
20 57 41 59
20 54 4F 4F
20 4D 55 43
48 20 54 49
4D 45 20 4F
4E 20 59 4F
55 52 20 48
41 4E 44 53
Which translates from hex into: "YOU HAVE WAY TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR HANDS".

Expected important information, secret code or something. Instead I got that message...

...it's like a couple of strings of code at most. CCP could train a monkey to write it in a few days. I'm sure it took all of .5 seconds.

Nah, it's in-game now.

And you're just pissed that you didn't get to see the CSM preview of it because you couldn't make it to the Emergency Summit. You had to wait for it to hit TQ and stand in front of the door like everyone else.
