I was considering hiring out myself to increase standings for 'clients'.

Is this the correct place to advertise? Oddly 'Standings Hire' in the search for these forums gets no hits whatsoever and so I wonder if I am using the correct keywords?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

If I recall similare services exist in that forum for faction standing, so clients can get POS up in high sec.

If you are looking to hire yourself out for standings in a corp, you will want to post that in the sell orders forum.

Although you would be better off (and I think this is what you meant anyway) selling standings to individuals looking to gain them with a faction or corp for their own mission running, again, post this as a service under the sell orders forum.
