Hello there, I can't seem to find a decent hi-sec exploration fit. Could anyone help this poor soul out please?

Take a standard PvE fit and replace the Electronics Subsystem with the Emergent Locus Analyzer.
Then strap a probe launcher and find stuff.

Pretty much this, but you're going to have to make a choice between an afterburner and a MWD. Speed is very important in highsec exploration and in heavily competed space this choice will at times determine who reaches the loot first. Some 3/10 DED sites allow AB only, but with everything else the MWD is better.

I don't want to oversell the importance of this choice though. Most times an AB is good enough and allows you to reach the target before you've killed it or cleared the area of hostiles. It isn't uncommon for the competition to also have a MWD frigate doing the looting, so you're likely going to lose the loot anyway no matter what you're fitted with, if they crash the site in time.

Deadspace sites don't restrict your ability to use MWD anymore, unless there's something special about 3/10 that I don't know about.

Enjoying the rain today? ;)
