MSI Afterburner Question: Recording with two clients

I am testing MSI Afterburner atm. It's a free tool and has a nice recording option. Actually the performance is the best of all other tools I used like FRAPS or PlayClaw. Files are impressively small at a perfect quality for editing and re-encoding.

But I can't figure out how to record just one client only. Once I open two clients MSI Afterburner will record them both to two different files what will cause in this case an FPS drop.

Anyone using MSI Afterburner and can tell me what I need to configure? I went through all settings and I can't find a solution.

Wish I knew. I like MSI Afterburner a lot but I haven't found a work-around for this issue myself or elsewhere.
