Are there any implants that can boost data core research production from agents?

The answer is "not directly" no.

Only, way I know is to increase standings to move to level 4 agents, or to get the +5 implants so the required skills train faster.

Errr...if you are just getting into datacore farming, don't.
CCP Soundwave starts destroying the mechanic with release of Inferno.
