I noticed on sisi, that if you shoot an npc navy ship, they wont even shoot back or even target you. I whittled down a roden BS yesterday with a damn merlin yesterday, ffs.

That's a Templar, an Amarr fighter used by carriers.

I wrote a basic summary here explaining why the changes were made.

TLDR: CCP says you can't warp away from CONCORD, gankers said they would anyway, so no more warping away from CONCORD ever.

Hmm, when they changed the dessi's and gave Gankers the Nado Gankers laughed at the miner tears. Now CCP Gave Concord a buff so you only actually get 1 shot, Gankers are tearing the forum up. If I were a Miner....O wait.

However, kinda also a pirate, I just dont jump into highsec to kill bunnies. I tend to kill you know, people that can kill me back. Unless im Smartbombing FW mission farmers, then its just funny.

BTW any update on the Concord RR? Actually happening or just a fun tweak CCP tested and then removed?

Wonder how long it will take for miners to start using soon to be biomassed GCC alts to slap concord in their belts again. I mean free logi for two hours kinda dumb.

I am a hisec carebear, and I disapprove this change.
