Nope on confirm... Actually that typo is what made me think it might actually be true. :/

Because it is multiple times in the standard notify and not just mistyped in one sentence.

I cant login to SISI until much later and am hoping others will do it before I can and post results. ;)

Except that if you hit quote on the "log" entries post, you'll notice that there are two spaces between "403 hit" but only one space between "6800 hit". So unless the sprintf is set to left justify with a minimum of 4 digits, i.e. "%-4d" (which would be quite odd,) then it's a fake due to inconsistent string formatting.

I just tested a suicide gank using two of my characters in a 0.5 system. (I tested this while sitting on a station; I should have tested it in a safespot, instead.) The Dominix target did not get any repairs from CONCORD, but I don't know if that's because the sentry guns around the station had destroyed the Tornado ganker before CONCORD showed up.

I think the most offensive thing about this thread is the suggestion that Commissars would be medics instead of shooting other Concord ships in order to make them attack faster.

Just tested on Sisi, had a noob alt try to pew my indy at a SS in a 0.5 system.

CONCORD did their normal thing to the aggressor. My ship did not receive any repairs and logs do not indicate any RR to my ship.

Alt was in a noobship with two noobguns fitted instead of one noobgun and one noobminer.

We were in a fleet but in different corps (noob in RUN, me in IFIRE).

Auto-target-back was turned off so at the time of kill i didn't even have a target lock on the noob alt.

I took about 17 damage total from the noobguns before CONCORDOKKEN of the noob alt. Maybe that isn't quite enough to trigger CONCORD RR? Or because I didn't drop fleet before the attack? Or the whole "CONCORD RR" deal is a total fabrication. I tend to agree with Spc One - late April Fool joke.
