It was a sad day when PokerStars and FullTilt closed down. Then while flying around the galaxy searching for asteroids I overheard a mention of EOH poker. So I checked it out. The user interface looks professional, the players are all a part of the same EVE universe, and the thrill of putting it all on the line by going all in and knowing just how long it takes to recover if you drown on the river or what you can do with all you winnings when you claim the pot. EOH is a great place to play. The professionalism, customer service, and consistency is above and beyond anything else you will find in Eve. There are options to play ring and tournament games, and there are several different tournament options to suit your play style. I have profited 11.055 billion ISK in the last two days.

This site has got me back into playing poker again. Fantastic setup here very well run for a poker site. Found it a bit hard to figure out how to get into the tournaments, just required a bit of reading :P. Deff recommend to poker fans and people who want to learn poker.

Your dealers are great.

They will notify you if you forget to join/register your table.
They are prompt to pay out
They handle overfilling tables politely and promptly.
They are professional bankers and some of the more enjoyable people to play with on a table.

but, when thing's are cold and tables aren't filling up; I kinda wish they would coax people onto different tables.

EOH is great. Playing poker while flying long ways that is great! Having a little chat with others, it just adds more to the rich atmosphere of EVE!

Gotta admit one thing: I never expect anything because I know I suck at poker. So today, when I entered my first 54M DT (Double-Through) Tournament, I was excited yet also worried that I'd lose that money. Some people have lots of money. I am not one such person. However, the tournaments are spectacular. You don't usually get the All-in-before-flop crap in Tournaments unless you signed up for an AI tourney. Then you have to. But the ring games aren't like that. I personally prefer the tournaments but the ring games are alright. It all depends on what you want to play like. If you want to force people out of play by way of who has more chips, play the ring games. If you want the style where the buy-in is higher but your chances are somewhat improved against that, try the tournaments. I personally have only played 1 tournament but it was fun! I have NEVER had that much fun playing poker before! So honestly, Give EOH a try. I gotta say that it's comparable to Blink in some aspects but the way they have everything going is quite awesome. EOH has quite the good setup here. Just wish CCP would enable Flash again in the IGB.

What could make eve better. Poker, that is what. Im glad there are trustworthy fun people that I can enjoy eve that much more with.
