Can't turn in "Giving Shelter"

Hi everybody, I have the quest "giving shelter" the mission description is:

Mission briefing
Looks like there was some kind of explosion on a colony in this system, and thousands of people are without a home. I want you to take some of them over to Tabbetzur VII - Moon 1 - Nurtura Plantation so we can do our part in providing shelter for less fortunate people.

I have the people in my cargo, I am at the drop off location, but when I open the dialog with the mission giver it doesnt give me the option to turn it in, at either the place I got it, or the drop off location. Anybody have any thoughts? very frustrated at this point!

First of all, there are no "quests" in EvE.

Secondly, a) are you sure you took the correct people with you, b) are you sure you docked at the correct station?

And if yes to both of the above, do you have a screenshot with the mission window where you try to turn in the mission?

Sorry, still getting use to EVE lingo versus WoW.

Anyway, here's a screen shot:

Everything is checked green, if I undock the last item gets unchecked. However, when I try to talk to the agent she says I need to finish the mission first.

I wish I could help you, but that screenshot looks like the mission should complete; in which case you've run into a bug.

File a petition (F12) and make sure you select the "agent mission in progress" category. In my experience these usually get answered very quickly.

Edit: props for accepting a mission that sends you to low-sec.

Haha, thanks. Since manually jumping to items spits you out pretty close to them, I haven't felt too worried yet.

You were right, they do respond to tickets really fast! They reset the mission and everything is good now.
