I am sorry, but both offers had been put under concideration. But To transfer the toon over to your account, it would cost 500 to 510 million isk for Pilot License, (PL's). It does take two PL's to make a tansfer. Both your offers dont even cover that. I am looking for about 1.5 billion left over after transaction is done.

Unfortinatly PL's does play a factor.
