Paying Subscription With Forum Likes

To encourage good posting on the forums, we should be able to trade in a set number of likes a month for a PLEX. This allows forum warriors to pay for their game by playing it the same way everyone else can.

Things are only impossible until they are not.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

Its all a ploy the only thing this guy desires is for a dislike system is his real goal.

Too exploitable, threadnoughts would appear every month of every major alliance, where they all like each other (each goonie by example gets 10.000 likes) effectivly allowing them to play free! Imagine the horror!

How about also implementing dislikes?

-1000000isk for every char in the account every dislike.

Also all char with less than 2mil sp or in an NPC corp can only post in the newbie section.


THAT would really improve the forums and give some what they deserve.

The LIKE counter is already a bad idea. Look how nice people suddenly are, just when you got used to all the naughtiness. Now it is like who has got the most friends? Or who is the most popular guy?

The forum is at risk of turning into a complete freak show without any connection to EVE.

I sincerely hope the idea is a joke.
