In the latest snl short skit the hel can be seen flying in a scene,


Thats just another proof that minmatar ships need nerfing! CCP act now!

It's not their fault that their ships are so damn cool they get used in TV.

I like how the eve community has some perspective, too. There is a thread around the front page somewhere where a FB game was using Eve's character portraits and everyone was encouraging CCP to sic the lawyers on them.

It's becasue that game sucks, while SNL and Laser Cats is cool.

Awww man EVE is mainstream now that SNL featured a Hel in an episode.

Anything mainstream, from what I've been told, is absolutely restricted from being onsidered cool.

The ship at the end was pretty clearly of Minmatar origin as well.

Hmm... mainstream? I think it is time to bring back story trailers/videos. Hope Inferno trailer is good. Mainstream means more people to pew. That is the great part of eve, just because you got the ship, doesn't mean you can survive. Also, more dramatic eve videos! Empyrean age trailer still the best, though dust is one of the best for a long time. Would be great to see more chronicles videos. How about the full story back from the wormholes?
