Logistics V or Scimitar First?

I'm wondering if I should train to Logistics V or to a Scimitar first? I am flying a basilisk currently, and the training time towards either is roughly the same. I am planning on running incursions now to get some isk having just returned (and I'd like to check this content out), but I want to get back into a wh corp. So, with my goal being to fly logistics in wh against sleepers and in pvp, should I train for a scimitar or to Logistics V first? Thanks in advance.

As someone with 4 Basilisk pilots and 2 Guardian pilots, I'd recommend Logistics 5 first.

Get logi V first unless you can unlock most of the T2 cruiser line from minmatar with cruiser V.

You need logi V to fly scimi decently, unlike the basilisk where you can get away with logi IV. So logi V would be best to train first.
