Get ready! Get SET! LOCATE!

This time some help for those of you far away from home.

Everyone can use any L1 locator, no matter how bad your standings are. So we introduce WHERE ARE MY L1 LOCATORS!

Level 1 locators may be very limited in scope (They only go out to the constellation area) BUT! In system they are instant. They take 1 minute for anywhere in constellation...And they only have a 5 minute cooldown. Useful for 'Hey, he is in system, but which of these 10 stations is he in' situations.

Go forth and find folks, and then kill them. (Or just say hi in local)

Not bad! But the checkboxes doesn't seem to be working, even though i set it to trusted? It would be nice if it was possible to use this for the other level agents as well.

I quickly threw it together in desperation from trying to run down some folks in Kador space. It is a god-forsaken mangle of the full agent locator tool:

I suppose I should cross-link them.

(The main reason I don't put all locators together is one of processing power and page refresh time. After you get past a couple hundred locator agents it takes an awfully long time for it to update)

I'll go back in and fix the L1's and the checkboxes.

Level 1 locator thingy bugs fixed...Highsec Only and Solar System Overrides now working as intended.

Thanks to everyone who blearughed at me about the bugs.
