The only policy regarding name changes I could find were the mandatory name changes for violators of the naming policy. Thankyou in Advance

The only way to change the name would be to biomass it, which defeats the whole point of buying a char, or if it's bad enough you might be able to persuade someone it's a violation of the naming policy.
